Lindvalls Chark AB acquired by Scan Sverige

Jordanes announced the sales of 100% of all shares in Lindvalls Chark AB to Scan Sverige.

Scan Sverige, owned by Lantmännen, has entered into an agreement with Jordanes AS to acquire 100% of Lindvalls Chark AB. The transaction closed in Q2 2025.
