Jordanes acquires full ownership of Snack Properties AS
Jordanes Asset Management has acquired 100% of the shares in Snack Properties AS owning four production facilities (ca.30 000 kvm) by Scandza, a portfolio company of Jordanes.
Jordanes Asset Management has acquired 100% of the shares in Snack Properties AS owning four production facilities operated by Scandza, a portfolio company of Jordanes.
Jordanes previously held an indirect 34% stake through Snack Alternativt Investeringsfond AS.
The transaction was successfully completed 25th February.
