Closing of Management Buyout

Oslo, 27 December 2024 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 18 November 2024, announcing the Management Buyout and refinancing of the Jordanes Group. All conditions related to the agreement have been fulfilled, and the transaction was completed today, 27 December 2024. The repayment and redemption of the unsecured bonds (ISIN NO0012433301) is anticipated to take place in February 2025.
