Jan Bodd (born 1958) is Chief Executive Officer of Jordanes and one of the founders of the Group.

Mr. Bodd has broad experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods, having previously held various positions within the Coca-Cola Company and Carlsberg. He held various managerial positions and gained international experience within the Coca-Cola Company, including the US, Italy, Thailand, and Denmark. In Ringnes (a part of Carlsberg), Mr. Bodd acted as CEO in the period between 2001 – 2007. In 2007, Bodd co-founded the Jordanes Group.

Mr. Bodd holds a Bachelor of Business with Honours from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (siviløkonom) and graduated in a CCS program at the Harvard University in Boston.

Stig Sunde (born 1963) is one of the co-founders of Jordanes.

Mr. Sunde has extensive experience from Fast Moving Consumer Goods, having previously held positions as retail director at Norske Fina (Exxon) and as Country CEO for Carlsberg Breweries in Norway and Sweden. In 2007, Sunde co-founded Jordanes.

Mr. Sunde holds a Master of Science within Petroleum Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and a Master of Business Administration from the Manchester Business School.

Nikolai Steinfjell (born 1989) has served as Chief Financial Officer since January 2023.

Mr. Steinfjell joined Jordanes in 2014 and has held several senior positions in the Group. He has previously been the CFO of Sørlandschips AS, CFO of the Feelgood Company AS (Fitness & Beauty) and has worked as business controller at Synnøve and Scandza (Branded Foods), where he gained broad experience within all areas of the business. He also has earlier experience from accounting at SpareBank 1.

Mr. Steinfjell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with specialization in Advanced Managerial Accounting and Real Investment Theory from BI, Norwegian School of Business.

Trond Haug (born 1967) has served as Executive Vice President Branded Foods & International Brands since March 2020.

Mr. Haug has been a Jordanes employee since 2008. Since then, Mr. Haug has held several senior positions in the Group companies Scandza, Synnøve, Sørlandschips, Finsbråten, Leiv Vidar and Westend Bakeri. Mr. Haug has broad experience from Fast Moving Consumer Goods, having spent more than 15 years working with sales at Carlsberg and Ringnes.

Mr. Haug has studied strategic marketing, management and economy at BI, Norwegian School of Business.

Jesper Galatius (born 1977) has served as Executive Vice President Fitness & Beauty since February 2019.

Mr. Galatius joined Jordanes in 2019 and has since then held several senior positions in the Company. Prior to joining Jordanes, he held the position of Global Marketing Director at Absolut Vodka (Pernod Ricard) and marketing and strategy positions at Lilleborg (Orkla) and Carlsberg. Mr. Galatius has also previous experience as the CEO and co-founder for the high-tech start-up company Oiido AB, which was eventually sold.

Mr. Galatius holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg in Sweden, a Master of Science in Innovation from the Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden, as well as a Postgraduate certificate in Project Management from the University of California Berkeley.

Jon Warset(born 1968) has been Chief Operating Officer and Divisional Leader of JordanesCasual Dining since 2024, overseeing brands such as Backstube, Peppes,Starbucks, and TGI Fridays, which together comprise over 200 restaurants andalmost 2000 employees.

Before this, he was CEO of Bonaventura Nordic(2017-2024), where he played a key role in expanding the company across theNordics and the UK, achieving significant growth.

Previously,Mr. Warset co-founded Bonaventura Norway in 2007, developing it into a majordistributor in Norway and working with international suppliers. He also heldleadership roles as CEO and Sales Director at Midsona, guiding its transitionto a brand house. His career began in sales roles at Clairol/P&G andPepsiCo.

Mr. Warsetholds an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School and is a former professional icehockey player, representing Norway in the World Championships.

Markus Mattson (born 1979) has been the Managing Director of Scandza inSweden since 2022, overseeing the companies Lindvalls Chark and Brödernas Deli.Under his leadership, these companies have undergone a successful turnaroundwith a strong improvement in results.

Prior to this, Mr. Mattson served as Sales Director at Scandza(2021-2022) and Marketing Director (2016-2021), where he was responsible forstrategic development, category and product innovation, and strengthening thecompany’s market position.

Before joining Scandza, he was Director of Business Development at OrklaASA (2013-2016) and held several key roles in category development and brandmanagement at Orkla Group (2008-2013). He began his career as an internalconsultant/project manager at Orkla ASA (2005-2008).

Mattson holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from LundUniversity.
